He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Laura Bodine (Steve), Kerie Griggs (Scott), June Whitehead (Bryan), Doug (Christel Womach) and Brad Tyus (Amanda); his sister Lynne Milliken; his nephew John Shannon (Heidi); his grandchildren, Aaliyah Grossnickle, Andrew Griggs, Jenna Tyus, Connor Griggs, Austin Tyus and Avery Griggs; his pets, Shelbie, Jasper Bodine, Bailey Griggs, Duke, Munchkin Tyus, Luna and Lily Whitehead; Sadie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Wiley Funeral Home & Cremation Services – Granbury (400 W US Hwy 377, Granbury, TX 76048). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Acton Cemetery (3629 Fall Creek Hwy, Granbury, TX 76048).
