He is survived by : his brothers, Eugene Goins, James H Goins, Jack Goins and Freddie Goins; his wife Judith Goins; his sister Pat Lowery; his children, Joseph M Goins (Susy), Linda Childress (James) and Laura Power (Michael); his grandchildren, Garrett Childress, Laura Ann Yuja, Chelsy Waldner, Joseph Goins (Joey), Christopher Goins, Jacqulyn Goins, Mary Judith Power, William Power and Ruth Power; and his great grandchildren, Riley Childress, Ellie Childress and Nolan Yuja.
