He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Culbertson and Viola Culbertson. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Fern Moore; his sons, Terry Culbertson (Vikki) of Granbury Texas and Kerry Culbertson (Kim) of Andrews Texas; and his siblings, Mae Pearl Mull, Ima Gene Caraway of Spring Texas and Berry D Culbertson of Houston Texas. He is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
