He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Sr. Allen and Doii Allen. He is survived by: his wife Terry Allen; and his children, Kara Grantland and Matthew Allen (Matt). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Triple Cross Cowboy Church (3470 Lipan Hwy, Granbury, TX 76048).
