He is survived by : his wife Tammy Westbrook; his child Otley, IV (Kristy); his stepsons, Tommy Atkinson Jr. (Sarah) and Timmy Atkinson; his siblings-in-law, Bill and Doris Westbrook; his grandchildren, Daniele (Nick Knee), Shelby (Austin Randol), Haley, Otley V, Sierra, Natalie, NatNat and Thomas III; his great grandchildren, Nixon, Dawsyn, Bowen and Magnolia; his sisters, Cheryl Van Haselen (Bruce) and Cissi Cole (Gary); and his friends, Rickie J Williamson, Joe Alvarado and Jim Fletcher. He is also survived by friends and family.

“I was sad to hear that Otley passed away. I did business with him at Tom’s aircraft . He was a great friend. He would fly a conquest from El Paso to Long Beach for maintenance. We had many lunch’s and dinners and several rounds of golf together. We would go test fly the plane after repairs . He was a great pilot. God bless you Otley RIP buddy. Tom”
