She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Holshouser and Mary Ellen Holshouser; and her siblings, Earl Holshouser and Colleen Kennedy. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Marie; her son-in-law Glen Green; her grandchildren, Brian Strength (Courtney), Shelley Pearson (Arnold) and Alicia Russom (Kevin); and her great grandchildren, Hannah Strength, Sophie Cox, Mackenzie Schreiber, Cody and Cole Russom.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to honor her lifelong commitment to nursing with donations to Hospice Brazos Valley.
