He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. McDonald and Jane McDonald; his birth mother Peggy Rae McDonald; and his brother Rusty McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Candice McDonald; his children, Cody McDonald (Shaylynn), Hilary Hodges (Barry) and Christian McDonald (Megan); his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Madelynn McDonald, Hudson, Rylin Hodges and Eloise McDonald; and his siblings, Jack McDonald, Steve McDonald, Debbie Payne and Kirk McDonald.
