He was predeceased by : his son Walter (Marjorie E. Montgomery Willey); his wife Gloria Shepherd; and his siblings, Doris Bowles, Kimberly and Hugh Willey.
He is survived by : his son Rick Willey; his grandchildren, Joshua of Texas, Jasmine of Texas, Jay of Texas and Jon Willey of Texas; and his sisters, Judy Colvin (Charles), Rosie Herbert (Jerry) of Rushville and Becky DeVoe (Mike) of Shelbyville.
