She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rutledge and Mattie Rutledge; her husband Floyd; and her son Barry Don Bell. She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Fleming of Charlie, TX; her daughter-in-law Donna Bell of Ruidoso, NM; and her stepdaughter Gala Bonner (George) of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
