She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Crutcher and Nora Crutcher; and her husbands, Clifford Douglass and Willard Rollins. She is survived by: her children, David Douglass (Sandra) and Cathy White (John); her grandchildren, Stefanie Schmidt (Chaney), Chad Douglass (Keally), Abby and Allie White; and her great grandchild Carson Westbrook Douglass.
