He is survived by: his daughter Courtney Michelle Gaines of Grapevine, Texas; his granddaughters, Taylor Brooke Stone of Grapevine and Olivia Meadow Gaines of Grapevine; his brother Kirk Kampfhenkel of Lewisville, Texas; his sibling's children, Kai, Christian Kampfhenkel of Lewisville and Rayven Kampfhenkel; and his stepbrothers, Gary and Glen Whittington of Corpus Christi. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
