It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur Owens of Grand Saline, Texas, born in Stephenville, Texas, who passed away on July 8, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Maggie Lula Rhodes Owens; his wife Opal Fowler; the mother of his children Terah Lapp; and his stepson Richard Fowler. He is survived by : his former life partner Terah Roberts; his children, Danny Owens of Grand Saline and Vickie Kearney of Emory; his stepdaughter Regina Douglas of Lindale; and his grandchildren, Koby Kearney, Tanner Kearney, Daniel Owens, Andrea and Brandon Allen. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
