Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carroll Russell of Grand Saline, Texas, born in Edgewood, Texas, who passed away at the age of 84, on July 16, 2023. He was predeceased by : his parents, J. C. Russell and Vesta Idalia Russell (Taylor); his sisters, Barbara Herrin and Patricia Moore; his brothers-in-law, O. C. Herrin, Preston Moore, Butch Koonce and George Doerr III; and his parents-in-law, George and Melba Doerr.

He is survived by : his wife Lynda Russell of Grand Saline; his children, Ryan Caldwell (Elissa) of Lethbridge and Heather Walters (Jason Harris); his sister Judy Alphin (Jack) of Grand Saline; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Clayton Korinek, Aliya Caldwell, Makayla Walters, Cassara Caldwell, Sarinna Caldwell and Jace Harris; and his great grandchild Jayden Korinek. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
