He was predeceased by : his parents, Zeno Cecil and Margaret Rhodes Varnado; his son Charles Varnado, Jr.; and his siblings, Jerry Varnado and Connie Varnado.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon Varnado of Grand Saline; and his son Kenny Varnado (Kathy Lowe) of Grand Saline. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
