He is survived by : his parents, Frank Ruiz and Mary Maciel; his children, Maria Ruiz and Frank Ruiz III; his siblings, Carlos Ruiz, Margie (Clayton Evans), Minnie (Threlkeld) and Selena Ruiz; and his uncles, Tom Ruiz and Rick Ruiz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several grandchildren.
