With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Gay Petty of Grand Saline, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, Tommy Wayne Brock Jr., Doro Yates and Nancy Jane Nelson (Christopher "Possum" Nelson); her daughter-in-law Ann Brock; her granddaughters, Carly Kelly (Ryan Kelly), Chelsea Brock and Jacqueline Brock; her great grandchild Brock Kelly; her siblings, Roma Mae Denton, Joyce Searcy (Arley Searcy), Cindy Sharp (Ronnie Sharp), Clyde Joe Melton and Dan Denton; her significant other Danny; her father Alford Odell Denton; and her siblings, Della Sue Melton Gilley, Margaret Faye Melton, Michael Odell Denton, James Andrew Melton, Cecil Ulice "Bud" Petty, Dennis Leo "Red" Roden Sr. and Roger Riggs. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, adopted family, in-laws, outlaws, and loving friends.
The Family has requested that donations be made to Riverside Mission Church in lieu of flowers.
