He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Lee Starnes and Betty Smith White. He is survived by : his wife Linda Starnes of Grand Saline; his children, Jeremy Starnes (Ashley) of Boca Raton, FL, Amy Simmons (Michael) of Grand Saline and Kaley Parks (Nathan) of Grand Saline; his brothers, Ron Starnes (Carole) of Sunnyvale, CA and Mike White (Liz) of Grass Valley, CA; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Asher, Kenzie, Tylee, Easton, Emersyn and Camdyn. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
