He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford "C. O." Shaw and Lomega "Nan" Davis Shaw; his wife Michelle "Shelley" Onnen; and his siblings, Nelda Meador, Kim Shaw, Donald Shaw and Kenny Shaw.
He is survived by: his children, Gina (Bart Basham), Donnie (Kris Shaw) and Kelsey (Jody Martin); his grandchildren, Kalani (Cole Thornton), Hannah (Dakota Massey), Ryan Shaw, Jaxon Shaw, Dylan Belhen, Brady Martin and Kolt Martin; his great grandchildren, Kinser Thornton, Brecken Massey, Bentleigh Massey and Berklee Massey; and his brothers, Jerry (Dreama Shaw) and Ricky Shaw. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
