He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Carl Joseph (Janna), David Johnson, Deanna Wilson and Denise Hasenheyer (Glen); his brother Sol Gerard (Carolyn); and his pet Clark Kent. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren; his 5 great-grandchildren.
He gave to numerous charities, so in lieu of flowers, here are his charities: Tunnel to Towers, St. Jude, Wounded Warrior Project, Shriners Hospital, Alzheimer's Association, and Easter Seals.
