He was predeceased by: his grandmother Kay Ballentine; and also Kimberly A. Hay. He is survived by: his father Gary Hay; his stepmother Leeanne Hay of Plano; his brother Eric D. Hay; his stepsisters, Gillian Salerno-Rebic and Charlotte O'Connor; his grandparents, Mary, Jerry Hay of Norwalk and Roger Ballentine of Rowlett; and his friends, Rodrigo Cantu and Mary K. Schultz. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
