She was predeceased by: her parents, James Linsy Riggs and Ruby Lee Lewis Riggs; and her brothers, Robert Riggs and Wayne Riggs. She is survived by: her daughter Linsy; her son-in-law Bill Grozdanich; her granddaughters, Riley and Lexi Grozdanich of Trophy Club, Texas.; and her siblings, James Riggs (Shirley Lowrie), Cathy (Arlynn Anderson), Christine (Carl Hawkins), Jane (Terry Tousley), Monte (Janet Riggs) and JoLinn (Steve Powell). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In honor of Karen's lifelong love for animals, memorial contributions may be made to Operation Kindness or the SPCA of Texas.
