She was predeceased by : her parents, Carson Jacobs and Nettie Sustaire Jacobs; her husband Dwight Gasway; and her daughter Lora Kayleen Gasway. She is survived by : her daughter Letha Gray (David); her cousins, Ellen Morrow and Bernita Thurman; and her caregiver Deborah Alexander (James). She is also survived by loving relatives and friends.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 11th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Lynch Funeral Service (4238 TX-34, Greenville, TX 75402).
