He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. McMinn and Mary McMinn; his wife Elizabeth Burkhart; and his great grandchild Lacey Elizabeth. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy J. McMinn Jr. (Gayla) and Randall McMinn (Angela); his grandchildren, Jeremy McMinn, Christopher McMinn, Jenna McMinn and Jessica McMinn; and his great grandchildren, Riley McMinn, Brynley McMinn and Berkley McMinn. He is also survived by loving friends and relatives.
