He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Duncan and Ruth Bench Duncan; and his wife Carlene Perry. He is survived by: his children, Rob Duncan (Christina) of Rockwall, Carl Garrett (Shannon) of Garland, Paige Clark (Chris) of Rockwall, Tracy Duncan and Kelly Bond (Bradley) of Katy; his sisters, Nita Duncan Hill (Duard) of Princeton and Linda Duncan Sims (Jerry) of Greenville; and his grandchildren, Sean Garrett, Chad Garrett (Jessica), Amber Garrett Denson, Matthew Clark, Ashleigh Clark Moore (Garrett), Sarah Duncan Poling (Steve), Beck Duncan, Cate Duncan, Bailey-Paige Lowe and Jacob Scott Lowe. He is also survived by his sisters, and all the special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Faith Presbyterian- T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center at 12477 Merit Dr. Dallas, TX 75251-2344.
