It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Jean Perkins (Groesbeck, Texas), who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Cecil Ray Young (Butch); her parents, Marvin Leslie Perkins and Mary Ophelia Perkins (Neal); her son William Earl Howell; her sister Dessie Marie Hale; and her granddaughter Melissa Erin Terrell.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Perkins (Cyndi), Larry Terrell (April) and Bud Howell (Judy); her grandchildren, JoSharon Perkins, Daniel Terrell, Jacob Terrell, Joshua Terrell, Cody Moseley, Hayden Moseley, Austin Moseley and Jesus Gamino; and her siblings, Linda Ann Patterson (Pat) and Marvin Leslie Perkins Jr.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
