We are sad to announce that on July 18, 2025, at the age of 76, Kenneth Dale Kennedy of Groesbeck, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Kenneth's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kenneth has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kennedy and Audrey Schroeder Kennedy; and his sister Frances Carter. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kennedy of Groesbeck; his sons, Chris Kennedy (Brandy) of Groesbeck and Jody Kennedy (Veronica) of Groesbeck; his granddaughters, Ryleigh, Breanna, Katy and Adalynn; and his brother Jerry Lee Kennedy.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Services Chapel (931 State Hwy 171, Mexia, TX 76667). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Shiloh Cemetery.
