He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Certa; and his parents, Pete Certa and Betty Certa. He is survived by: his son Carl Foster Certa, Jr. of Port Neches; his grandchildren, Sean Preston Certa and Braylee Elise Certa; and his sister Jan Ann Frederick of Crystal Beach.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (5601 39th St, Groves, TX 77619). A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
His contributions to the field were notable, and his retirement was well-earned, marking a significant chapter in a life dedicated to service and industry.
