He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Willey and Serena Ratcliff Willey; his daughter Hope Willey; his siblings, Nancy Templain, Elizabeth Mathews, Edna Totten, Beatrice Williams, Annette Lormand and Frank Willey, Jr.; and his granddaughter Shaina Willhoit.
He is survived by : his wife Irene Willey of Groves, Texas; his children, Firmin Willey of Irving, Texas, Jennifer Blair (Paul) of Nederland, Margaret Hunt (Daniel) of Nederland, Texas and Leslie Engelmann of Irving, Texas; and his brother Phillip Willey of Winnie, Texas.
