She is survived by: her children, Rodney Denton, Mylissa Oderbert and Maranna Barefield (Donnell); her sisters, Kathy Hurst and Jeanie Metcalfe Sanders; her grandchildren, Haley Denton, Alexis Gilmore, Alexander Collier Jr., Chloe Oderbert, Kiara Barefield, Addison Denton and Julian Arceneaux; and her great grandchildren, Shaun Ramirez, Christyne Ayala, Romeo Iglesias, Mason Collier, Aubrey Collier, Omari Barlow and Avah Brown.
