He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Lane Fulton Sr. and Ruth Emily Williamson-Fulton; and his wife Betty Jo. He is survived by: his daughters, Jolane Bedford (Reagan) of Port Arthur, TX, Faye Fulton of Greenville, SC and Mary Defee (Mike) of Mauriceville, TX; his grandchildren, Michael Defee (Mallory), Jenny Cassidy (Andy), Kate Smith (Eric), Brian Bedford (Teryn) and Anna Stanley (Reagan); and his great grandchildren, Livi, Allie, Maddie Smith, Julia, Lucy Cassidy, Luke Defee, Lane, Elliott, Owen Bedford and Rhett Stanley.
