Matise of Groves, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on April 19, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his children, Therese Foy (Randy) of Lumberton, Leslie Allen of Groves, James Matise (Carla) of Nederland and Richard Matise (Robin) of Houston; his grandchildren, Brittany Matise, Meagan Matise, Cory Matise (Michaela), Nicole Pitts (Jacob), Lauren Crenshaw, Ryan Matise (Natalie), Leslie Puckett (Hunter), Jamie Matise, Alexus Allen, Cameron Allen and Kailey Foy; and his great grandchildren, Lane Pitts, Ambri Ogden and Lillian Puckett.
