He is survived by : his wife Jamey Choate Ambler of Groveton, TX; his mother-in-law Brenda Choate of Riggold, LA; his son Jacob Anthony Choate (Teresa Blake) of Groveton, TX; and his grandchildren, Eli Jacob Anthony Choate, James Roger Choate and Emily Witherspoon. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
