Though Donnie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dixson and Ada Belle Dixson (McHan); his children, Hallie Faye Dixson and Christopher Don Dixson; and his siblings, Kenneth, David, Hugh Edward Dixson and Shirley Moore.
He is survived by: his sister Beverly Westbrook. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedar Creek Church of God (142 Rodney Dr, Gun Barrel City, TX 75156).
