He is survived by : his parents, Billy Ray and Jo Ann Rouse Hanstrom; his brother Jeff Hanstrom (Jana); his nephew John Nicholas Hanstrom (Rebecca); his niece Anna Hanstrom; his adoptive parent Kerry Polk; and his aunt Carlene Boucher. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
