He is survived by : his parents, Hilberto Hooks and Dominga Hooks of Hale Center; his siblings, Lorrie Rocha (Tommy) of Denton and Hilberto Hooks Jr. (Anne) of Hale Center; and his children, Alexis Hooks, Jariyah Hooks of Hale Center, Jeremy Hooks, Jr. and Ryan Hooks of Hale Center.
