He is survived by: his wife Loida Magallan of Hale Center; his children, Joel Magallan, Jr. of Hale Center, Gabriel Magallan (April) of Hale Center, Amos Magallan of Lubbock, Zachariah Magallan (Apolonia) of Hale Center, Peggy Magallan of Hale Center, Stacy Dillingham (Richard) of Amarillo, Evelyn Jaime (Manuel) of Hale Center and Kathlyn Magallan of Hale Center; his sisters, Lupe Rodriguez of Waxahachie, Sally Jimenez of Hale Center and Eva Maugherman of Gary, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Lorena Marie, Emilio, Mary Rose, Miriam Hope, Jayden, Gabriel Jr., Aralynn, Arkadian, Leonidus, Shiloh Glade, Jayli and Liza.
