He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorgonio Castillo and Maria Hernandez Castillo; his wife Isabel Castillo of Theresa's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Perfecto, Pedro, Simon, Martin Castillo, Julia Rangel and Damiana Castillo.
He is survived by: his children, Damian (Michelle Castillo) of Lubbock, Ricky Castillo of Hale Center, Michael Castillo of Plainview, Armanda "Mandy" Castillo of Georgia, Mary Alice Garza (Jimmy Santiago) of Abilene, Denise Adame (Victor) of Lubbock and Sindy Castillo of Hereford; and also Natalia Garcia of La Villa, Texas.. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, forty four great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
