It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Cozart of Hale Center, Texas, born in Flomot, Texas, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer Smith and Banksie Smith (King). She is survived by : her husband Herman Cozart of Hale Center; and her children, Ronald Cozart of Hale Center, Sandra Cozart-Williams (Randy) of Amarillo and Darwina Gobin (Truitt) of Amarillo. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family suggests memorials be made to BSA Hospice of the Southwest 5211 SW 9th St. Suite 100 Amarillo, Texas 79106.
