The memory of Howard Glen Dolezal Sr. of Hallettsville, Texas, who passed away on October 2, 2025 at the age of 96, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Dolezal and Corinne Anderson Dolezal; his wife Margaret Smolik; his siblings, Doris Barnes (Leon), Vic Dolezal (Mildred), Milton Dolezal and Alton Dolezal; and his brother-in-law Al Ringo.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Treptow, Susan Dolezal, Glen Jr. (Theresa) and Harold (Pam); his grandchildren, Eric Pringle (Johanna), Jake Pringle (Vicki), Robin Treptow Farmer (Mark), Nathan Treptow, Aaron Treptow, Tyler Pringle (Ashley) and Kasey Dolezal; his sister Frances Dolezal Ringo; and his sister-in-law Irene Dolezal. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (400 E 5th St, Hallettsville, TX 77964). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
