Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Joylyn Gunn (Hallettsville, Texas), who passed away at the age of 84, on February 21, 2021. She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Triesch and Roena Triesch; her husband Carl "Moose" Gunn; and her siblings, DeeLee Triesch, Kenneth Triesch, Larry Triesch and Imogene Wagner.

She is survived by : her children, Lynette Hilton (Randy) of Corpus Christi, TX, Gay Wakefield (Fred) of San Antonio, TX and Brian Gunn (Dawn) of Corpus Christi, TX; and her brothers, Eugene Triesch (Butch), Delbert Triesch, Calvin Triesch and Danny Triesch. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; and 4 Great-Grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (100 N Promenade St, Hallettsville, TX 77964). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 27th 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Seaside Memorial Park (4357 Ocean Dr, Corpus Christi, TX 78412).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lavaca Assistance Ministry Body, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Alzheimer's Foundation.
