She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Bryant Lickliter and Mary Susan Noone; her stepmother Gladys; her grandson Nicholas VanPelt; her daughter-in-law Peggy VanPelt; her brother-in-law Ed Long; and her niece Beckly DeMoss.
She is survived by : her husband James VanPelt (Jimmy); her sister Beverly Long of Houston; her sons, Jeff VanPelt of Victoria, Michael VanPelt (Debbie) of Ganado, Doug VanPelt (Jan) of Spring and Clay VanPelt (Shelly) of Inez; her grandchildren, Dillon Brown (Adeline), Jared Brown (Katie), Brian Cunningham, Dayna Wharton (Scott), Marie Valenta (Devon), Christine VanPelt, Lauren Thieme (David), Kelsey Fuller (Brazos) and Karson VanPelt; and her great grandchildren, Brooks Brown, Beckham Brown, Cameron Cunningham, Kendall Cunningham, Alyssa Wharton, Ian Wharton, David Thieme (Dax) and Caroline Valenta.
