She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Joseph Frey and Audrey Claire Frey (Ponder); and her husband Floyd Lew Hoffman Sr.. She is survived by : her children, Mary Katherine and Lew Hoffman; her children-in-law, Lorraine of Burleson, TX and Keith of Roanoke, TX.; her grandchildren, Katelyn Carl and Levi Hoffman; her sister Francine Shaw; and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Hurt of St. Louis and David Hoffman (Mary) of St. Louis, MO.. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
