Comstock of Charlie; his stepmother Irene Comstock of Charlie; his sister Pamela Greenroyd (Weldon Nichols) of Holliday; his stepbrother Britton Ouellette (Brittney) of San Antonio; and his sibling's children, Lleyton Ouellette of San Antonio and Avery Ouellette of San Antonio.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Lake Granbury Medical Center or Hospice of Wichita Falls.
