It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Schwartz Anderson of Austin, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Ellen Johnson and Elmer Schwartz; her siblings-in-law, Ralph McClendon and Nelda Schwartz; her husband Perry Baker; and her daughter Cheryl Baird.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Craig and Will Baird; her son-in-law Lee Baird; her siblings, LaVerne McClendon and Leo Schwartz; her brother-in-law Lloyd; her brother Shirley Schwartz; and her significant other Dayton Grumbles. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (2128 Barton Hills Dr, Austin, TX 78704).
