He is survived by : his wife Elaine Jenkins (Sanders); his children, Jennifer Cooper (Terry Cooper) and Charles Dale Jenkins Jr. (Brandi Jenkins); his niece Misty Raines (George) of Englewood, Florida.; his grandchildren, JoLana, Karyn, Keith, Colton, Kylan and Bailee; and his siblings, Patrick Jenkins (Linda) of Payson, Chester C. A. Jenkins (Rhonda) of Rowlett and Mary Dell Jenkins of Washington, D. C..
