We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2018 we had to say goodbye to Jake Thomas Weir (Hamlin, Texas), born in Eden, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, William C. Weir and Ruby Weir (Thomas); his wife Janie Weir; his former life partner Wanda Weir; his great-nephew Charlie Weir; his niece Elisa Benson; and his cousin Charles Wofford.
He is survived by : his brother Joseph Weir of McAllen, TX; and his son Shannon Weir of Rotan. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested for donations to be made to Hendrick Hospice in Jake's memory.
