He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth Mae Smith and Theodore R Miller Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Joyce Miller; his son Roger Miller; and his grandchildren, Ashley Miller and Roger Ted Miller. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hamlin (217 SW Ave B, Hamlin, TX 79520). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
