He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Blackwell and Melwood Blackwell; his sister Judy Blackwell; his wife Linda Gail Blackwell; his children, Kate Blackwell Butchofsky, Alice Blackwell Hamilton, David Blackwell, Jerry Blackwell and Ricky Blackwell; his children-in-law, Bob Butchofsky, Ken Hamilton and Kristi Blackwell; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Bobby Butchofsky, Luke, Keely Hamilton and Taylor Blackwell (Haley); his brothers, Randy and Happy Blackwell; his former wife Mary "Sug" Seewald; and his son John. He was also cherished by other extended family members and many dear friends.
