He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula Bell Phelps Fischer and Walter Robert Fischer; and his siblings, Robert Fischer and Mildred Stagg. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Fischer; his children, Tamra Miguez (Steve), Brian Fischer (Sandra) and Darby Meguess (Wade); his grandchild Blake Fischer; his children, Brittany Warhola (Ryan), Tad Miguez (Lynli), Shea Meloncon (Brayden) and Randi Meguess; his great grandchildren, Brooks and Ryder Warhola; his grandchildren, Madelyn Miguez and Ali Meloncon; and his sister Leota Mae McDonald.
