Bearden Smith and Johnny Smith; his brothers, Justin Smith, Jonathan Smith and Jaden Smith; his grandfather Michael Bearden; his uncles, Matt Bearden and Jason Smith; his aunt Rhonda Smith; his grandfather J. W. Smith; and his cousins, Max, Annaleise, Brian, Holden, Raven, Amber and Taryn.
In lieu of flowers donations of Blankets and Teddy Bears can be delivered to the funeral home in honor of Jared's memory.
